Located on Level 3 at the International Departure Terminal, we are inside Door #6, the very first International Departure door when you drive up the ramp. Our counter is located opposite the international flights check in counters. This counter is open 24/7- all days of the year.
Located on Level 2, in the International & Transborder Arrival Terminal, Pre-security. You will not miss our counter which serves both the non passenger and the arriving passenger greeting areas.
Located on Level 3, in the Domestic Transborder Departure Terminal, Pre-security. You will not miss our counter which is located adjacent to the Air Canada check in counters and opposite the entrance to security check in, GATEs ABC.
