What is the exchange rate?

Our exchange rates vary from branch to branch, the rates also vary depending on whether you place an order online or go directly to our branch. With Click & Collect, you get an exclusive preferential rate. Our rates change every day (Monday to Friday inc.) at around 10am to coincide with market rates.

If I reserve an order online, do I also reserve the exchange rate?

No, when you place the order online, you reserve the currency not the exchange rate, the amounts shown on the order confirmation are based on the Click & Collect rates of the day the order is placed only as a rough indication of the amount you will pay. Because you can place an order up to a year in advance the amounts shown upon placing the order are only estimates. You pay the “Click & Collect” rate of the day you collect your order.

Is there any fee's ?

Yes there is concession fee of $ 9.95 at airports and $ 4.95 at the malls locations.

Why should I order with Click and Collect?

Our safe and easy to use online system saves you time and money, all of our Click and collect customers get preferential rates. Choose your currencies from the comfort of your own home, and you will have peace of mind, knowing that your currencies will be waiting for you when you need them.

Must I pay immediately for my online order?

No, you pay at the branch of your choice when you collect your order.

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

Yes, you can simply call or e-mail us to let us know that you have changed your mind. No fees will be charged.

Can I place an order online, and collect it on the same day?

No, you must place the order at least 2 business days in advance depending on the currency, and you have 3 days to collect your order after your chosen collection date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or Canadian Debit cards. At our airport locations, we also accept credit cards but restrictions and limits may apply. Please note that credit card transactions are considered as “cash advance”, so there may be added fees charged by your bank or financial institution.

Which currencies can I buy or sell?

Do you buy all bank notes?

We buy all the currencies listed on our website; however we only accept bills that are currently valid and in circulation, please note also that damaged bills may be refused, the final decision of a notes validity is entirely at our discretion

Do I need to bring my I.D?

We would recommend that you bring valid I.D that is valid at the time of the exchange, depending on the location of the exchange and amount exchanged, we may need I.D as we operate in conformity with FINTRAC and AMF rules and regulations in Québec.
